Limited Warranty Policy

Phoenix Dynamometer Systems, LLC warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase for complete systems, parts and accessories for systems.  This limited warranty is provided and covers only the original purchaser of said equipment, parts, and accessories.
This standard Limited Warranty is null and void but not limited to all cases of the following:

  • Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC products that have been physically altered, improperly installed or not maintained in accordance with Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC maintenance guidelines.
  • Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC products used in an application that is not consistent with commonly understood practices and applications for the purchased equipment.
  • Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC products that have been used with parts not authorized or designed for use with Phoenix Dynamometer products.
  • Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC products that are deemed defective due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, accident, beyond the standard warranty period of twenty-four (24) months, or act of God.

Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC does not warranty the profitability or intended use of its products within the end users business scope or market placement. Any Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC products that are mutually deemed defective by Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC and the original purchaser will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC.  No warranties extend beyond this limited warranty unless the original purchaser has an extended warranty from the time of the original purchase.  Phoenix Dynamometer Systems, LLC will not be held responsible for incidental, consequential damages, property damage or personal damages to the extent permitted by law.  Be aware that different locations (city, state, & country) may have varying local laws. These local laws may or may not allow or specify restrictions and/or enforcements of implied warranties with limitations. Other factors that may be governed by local laws are the time frame on how long an implied warranty lasts, or do not allow the exclusion of or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Warranty Claim Initiation and Processing

To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC promptly.  Contact can be made by telephone, fax, email, or US Postal Service.  Contact numbers and address for the corporate office, manufacturing facility, and international locations can be found at the Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC website (http://www.phoenixdyno.com).

Prior to any products being returned for warranty claim, the claimant must contact Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To expedite the claim process, please be ready to provide Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC with a detailed and specific description of the product issue, product model, product serial number (if applicable) and your current contact information. When validation of the warranty claim has been established, the merchandise may be shipped, freight prepaid and insured, to the Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC location specified in your RMA details.  Any products returned for warranty without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender with no costs incurred by Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC.  After receipt and warranty verification of any defective product, Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC (at its discretion) will repair or replace the product, ship freight prepaid, ground rate or equivalent only, unless otherwise specified and approved.   Taxes or duties incurred with returned shipments will in all cases be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified and approved by appropriate Phoenix Dynamometer Systems LLC personnel.

Extended Warranties, Service Contracts, Training, & Support Options
